Home made raw food bars, perfect to have as a quick and easy snack on the go (or when those sweet cravings kick in). Basically, you can chuck in whatever you have at home – nuts, seeds, protein, superfoods powders. I used nut butter in mine which is a brilliant idea if you don’t have a blender and just blend it all together with your hands (not an option if you don’t want to get your hands dirty).

dates / shredded coconut / peanut butter / chia / flax / shelled hemp seeds / Vivarise Lean Green superfood powder / Vega One vegan protein powder / Lily’s unsweetened dark almond chocolate / Ceylon cinnamon / cayenne

Soak the dates if needed (they should be really soft so it all blends well and sticks together), blend all ingredients. Spread out on a baking sheet and put in the fridge or freezer for a while so they hardens enough to cut up in portion sizes. Wrap up, and store in the fridge. Or you know, eat them all directly if you can’t wait.
